Meetings

Education Meetings

7:00 p.m., the first Thursday of every month except December. See the Calendar or Announcements for room location.A guest speaker talks on some aspect of mental illness or services available to those with mental illnesses. 

Support Group Meetings

For family and friends of those who are ill: 7:00 pm, Café I & II, Methodist Hospital, the third Thursday of every month except December. Trained volunteers provide opportunities to share practical experience in locating services, reinforcing coping skills and exchanging emotional support.

Connections—for individuals living with a mental illness and participating in recovery: 7:00 pm, Café III, Methodist Hospital, the third Thursday of every month except December. Trained volunteers provide opportunities to share practical experience in locating services, reinforcing coping skills and exchanging emotional support.
